Just because you have retired from a small business as an owner or manager doesn't mean that you still can't be active in the small business community.  SCORE, the Service Corps of Retired Executives needs volunteers to act as part time counselors for individuals who are thinking of going into business or who have already started one and are encountering problems.  People with varied skills are needed and wanted to join the over 35 current members of Columbus SCORE.
